Moxie Movez started over two decades ago as a low-impact fitness program designed to bring joy and movement to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Today it is a multifaceted program that offers a range of services and resources to support our aging population.
What We Do
Weekly Movement Classes
Choose from one (or both programs) and attend in-person, virtually, or on demand to learn how to effectively lead seniors through a safe, fun, and unique workout.
Join us each week for a virtual workout to get yourself (or those you care for) moving. The first workout is on us.
